1. Booking & Services

  • Completing our “booking form” starts your booking process.

  • Once received, we will send you a “personalised quote and contract”.

  • Services include wedding and event planning, coordination, and packages as described in your quote.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • Full payment details, deadlines, and additional fees are outlined in your contract.

  • Services may be paused or cancelled if payments are late.

3. Special Offers

  • Discounts (e.g., early-bird offers) apply only if all booking steps are completed within the promotion period.

4. Cancellation & Postponement

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Full cancellation and postponement policies are included in your contract.

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, payments (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in booking forms and communications.

  • Disclose confirmed suppliers and schedules.

  • Ensure safe working conditions for the planner and any assistants.

  • Obtain necessary permissions for décor, venue access, and setup.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, mistakes, or damage caused by suppliers, guests, or events beyond our control, including weather.

  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance are held for all services provided.

7. Intellectual Property & Marketing

  • All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by us.

  • Images or videos of events may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
