    We’ll take care of the planning and coordination, working closely with you to bring your vision to life from start to finish. On the day, we’ll be there to keep everything running smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

    Alongside this, professional photography is included to capture all the little details, big moments, and genuine memories you’ll want to look back on for years to come.

    From the moment your deposit is paid, we’ll be there to support you through the planning process, offering guidance, ideas, and expert coordination every step of the way. We provide supplier recommendations chosen specifically for your event, manage quotes and supplier communication, and take care of all logistics, including creating a clear timeline to keep everything running smoothly.

    An on-site venue meeting is included to review the setup and flow of the event, along with budget planning assistance if required. As your event approaches, we’ll hold a final details meeting around six weeks beforehand to make sure every detail is covered.

    On the day itself, we’ll manage suppliers, oversee the schedule, and handle any last-minute details so you can relax and enjoy your event.

    • Initial consultation around 8 weeks before the event

    • Pre-event meeting approximately 6 weeks before (in person or via FaceTime)

    • Supplier contact and final checks 6 weeks before the event

    • Full on-the-day coordination

    • Overseeing setup, styling, and smooth running of the event

Our event photography is all about capturing your event as it naturally unfolds, from the big moments to the small details you might not even notice on the day.

We work in a relaxed, unobtrusive way, allowing you and your guests to stay present while we document genuine interactions, atmosphere, and the overall energy of the event. Whether it’s a personal celebration or a business event, our focus is on real moments, thoughtful details, and imagery that truly reflects the occasion.

You’ll receive a carefully curated collection of fully edited images, along with a small preview shortly after the event, perfect for sharing or promotional use.

Booking Details

To secure your booking:

  • Complete the booking form

  • Once your booking form is received, we will send you a personalised quote and contract.

Special Offer:
If the deposit is paid within 7 days of receiving your quote, you will receive 10% off your total package price. To claim this discount, all of the following must be completed:

  • Booking form submitted

  • Deposit paid

  • Contract signed

Deposit:
A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
